Your presence, beyond the portal

Give clients a place to find you. Wherever you work next.

Your name is what clients remember. Give them a place to see your expertise, explore your listings and get in touch directly, alongside the portals and your agency website.

When your agency changes, update the affiliation on your personal site. Your profile and site address stay in place, so your next chapter starts with a presence you have already built.

What you get

Your presence. Your working day. Connected.

A place for clients to find you, and the tools to take the next enquiry all the way to a deal.

  1. A site that feels like you.

Choose from six templates, then add your brand, profile and areas of expertise. Your published listings build out province, city and suburb pages, giving visitors a useful way to explore the places you work.

    • Province, city and suburb hubs, generated from your published stock
    • Structured data on every listing, hub and article, plus your own sitemap
    • Change your template or agency affiliation without rebuilding your site
  2. Paste a portal URL. Get a listing you can edit.

Bring in a listing from a portal URL, review the details and make it your own. Every import starts as a draft. An optional AI pass helps you refine the description before you publish.

    • GLA, erf size, zoning, grade, parking ratio and power mapped, not guessed
    • Every import lands as a draft you review before anything is published
    • Imports and AI enhance are metered against your credits, never silently
  3. From first enquiry to the final commission.

A commercial deal does not end at the offer. It runs through conditions, bond approval and transfer, and the money arrives months later. The pipeline is modelled on that reality rather than on a generic sales funnel.

    • Mandate, listing, lead, viewing, offer, conditions, transfer, commission
    • Every lead carries its source, its listing and its consent record
    • Documents and notes sit on the deal rather than in a personal inbox
  4. Know what the deal pays.

A calculator that models what a South African commercial deal really involves: VAT, the agency and agent split, referral fees, and the lag between a deal closing and a payout at registration.

    • SARS transfer duty tables, stored versioned by effective date
    • Splits, referral fees and VAT modelled explicitly rather than assumed
    • The same engine behind the calculator and the commission on a deal
  5. Stay in touch, with permission.

Share new listings and market updates with people who asked to hear from you. Subscribers confirm their email first, and every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe.

    • Confirmed opt-in, with the timestamp and source kept on the contact
    • One-click unsubscribe, and an erasure path that really erases
    • Sends metered against the volume your plan includes
  6. Keep track of what you use.

Listing imports, AI enhancements and additional email volume use credits from your monthly allowance. See your balance and a record of each charge in the dashboard.

    • One allowance a month, granted per plan, visible in the admin
    • Every debit carries its reason: import, AI enhance, email volume
    • A visible balance and usage history in your dashboard

Questions

The things everybody asks first.

Do I have to leave the portals to use this?

No, and you should not. Keep every listing where it is. prop.forsale imports from a portal listing URL, so your own site can carry the same stock while the portals carry on doing what they do. The point is to own a second door that nobody can price you out of.

What happens if I change agencies?

Your personal site stays on the same address. Update your agency affiliation and public contact details, and change your login email in Account settings if needed. Agency affiliation is profile information; it does not transfer ownership of listings or give another agency access to your account. Only publish content you are entitled to use.

Who owns the leads?

You do. An enquiry from your site lands in your pipeline, on your tenant, with its source, its listing and its consent record attached. You can export your contacts at any time, and erasing a contact really erases it.

What is a credit, exactly?

A credit is the unit for the three things that cost real money to run: importing a listing from a URL, an AI enhance pass over a description, and email volume beyond what your plan includes. Each plan grants a monthly allowance, and every debit is written to an append-only ledger with the reason attached, so the balance is always explainable.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, on Pro and Agency. Every site starts on a personal subdomain, which works from the moment you publish. You can connect your own domain on Pro or Agency.

Is it built for commercial property or is it a residential tool?

Commercial and industrial first. The listing model carries GLA, erf size, zoning, building grade, parking ratio, eaves height, power supply and yard, and rentals are handled as rand per square metre per month with a gross or net flag. Residential is a subset of the same model rather than the thing it was designed around.

Is it POPIA aware?

It is built for it rather than retrofitted to it. Enquiry and subscribe forms capture explicit, specific consent; newsletter signup is double opt-in with the consent timestamp and source stored on the contact; and there is an erasure path that removes a person from the system rather than flagging them as hidden.

What does it cost to get started?

Nothing. Starter is free to set up, no card is asked for during signup, and nothing goes live until you publish it. Card payments are switched on before any plan is billed, and the bands on this page are launch pricing that will be confirmed before that happens.
